We specialise in supporting our clients internal technical support with any problems they have in the course of running
their Oracle Applications. The exact level and type of support is totally adaptable to our client’s needs and any solution
we offer is dependant on the client’s situation.
When we support an installation that has just gone live, we attempt to secure the services of at least one of the key
consultants involved in the project to assist us in supporting the application due to them being aware of the issues that
arose during the implementation.
